Thank you for ordering with Pristine Hair Collection!

1. May I return/exchange my order?

We are pleased to offer a return policy on any unopened hair extensions within (3) days within you receiving your order. Wigs are not included in the refund policy. However, we are more than happy to make any necessary changes to your order. We have very low return rates and take pride in our customers purchasing the high-quality hair extension that we offer. You must contact us first before returning your package at pristinehair.collection@gmail.com within the (3) day return period. We understand there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges that have not been opened, worn, combed through, or tampered with.

All custom wig orders are final and cannot be returned. Standard processing time for all units are 21-30 business days. This does not include any weekends or holidays. If an exchange is needed we are more than happy to help with an exchange. For example, if you received an order that you did not order originally, we are more than happy to make any necessary changes.

 All sale items are final and cannot be returned nor exchanged!

Again, we are NOT responsible for incorrect head measurements. Please know your correct size before ordering. Improper head measurements will result in a reconstruction fee.
