Thank you for ordering with Pristine Hair Collection!

(We ask that you keep your billing address and shipping address the same.)

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing can take up to 21 business days depending on the volume of orders. We ask that you place your order at least 14-21 business days before you are needing your order to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you order on a Friday your order will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday.) However, due to COVID-19 we have extended our processing time to 21-30 business days, especially during the Holidays.

2. Can I make changes to my order?

To ensure a quick and easy delivery all orders are processed through out the week, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is processed and completed, unless spoken with someone first in regards to your order. You can reach us at pristinehair.collection@gmail.com
